SCHOLARSHIP: FUPRE SUG CHIEF JUSTICE THANKS TANTITA, AND PROMISES MORE COOPERATION.



The Chief Justice of the 8th Judicial Council of the Students Union Government, Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurrun (FUPRE), Comrade (Justice) Iroegbu Mishael Chika has thanked the Management of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, under the leadership of Chief Government Ekpemuopolo aka Tompolo for its recent gesture of philanthropy towards the students of the institution, saying that it will inspire them to give more time and attention to their studies. 
Comrade (Justice) Iroegbu made these remarks in reaction to the scholarship award given by Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited to the two overall best students of the institution Taiwo Samuel Olubunmi from Geology (College of Sciences) and Dickson Eseoghene Samuel Mechanical Engineering (College of Technology).

The scholarship was given during the 2024 edition of the Petroleum Industry Awards hosted by FUPRE in collaboration with the African Child Foundation, to celebrate individual academic excellence.
The FUPRE SUG CJ, while expressing his appreciation, extolled Tantita for its activism in securing the Niger Delta, asserting that the company indeed had done a laudable job thus far. He thanked the company's representatives led by its Executive Director of Operations and Technical Services; Captain Warriedi Enisuoh, for their presence at the event and for contributing to the celebration of the students of the institution.
He further saluted the company for making students' welfare and educational development a priority, as seen through the scholarship award and presentation.
Comrade Iroegbu Mishael Chika, in conclusion, affirmed the willingness of FUPRE students to collaborate with the company towards greater social impact, educational development and other mutually beneficial ventures.
