The third edition of the annual Delta Yadah concert would hold on Monday the 26th of August 2013. This year’s edition which has been tagged ‘AN EVENING OF THANKSGIVING’ promises to be awesome as there would be ministrations from Gospel artists like Lara George, Tim Godfrey and The Extreme Crew, Nathaniel Bassey, Chioma Jesus, Doris Dumah,. Others billed to minister are Vinchy, Asaba Orchestral Choir, hosts Midnite Crew etc. Like previous editions this years concert also has an international worship leader, LIONEL PETERSON lined up to perform. There would also be dance ministrations from the Masterpiece Crew. M.C. for the event is  Akpororo

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

The Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie, and Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State (Office of the SSG) Sir Jossy Honnah were amongst the roll call of indigenes of Idumuje-Ugboko and guests who visited the Royal Palace to pay homage and celebrate with HRM Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko, as he commemorated the 2025 Iwaji (New Yam Festival) on Friday, the 26th of September.  Speaking during his presentation to the Monarch, the Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie who was visibly excited to be part of the celebrations expressed his deference and honour for the king, saluting him for his soft and gentle approach to leadership. PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
