All Progressives Congress,( A P C ), Senatorial Hopeful, HON. DORIS UBOH in a chat with news men has disclosed that she is vying for the senatorial seat because she wishes to effect a change in the polity.

HON. UBOH disclosed that her interest to become Anioma Senator is borne out of the desire to serve the people through quality legislation that will centre on the welfare of Delta northerners. " I want to serve my people by pushing meaningful bills that will give my people a better living. If one is Opportuned to travel out of the country or study the political system in other countries one would discover that they are more concerned with the welfare of their citizens. We can start a legislation in that regard to carter for the welfare of our people, " She said.

The former lawmaker stressed on the need for the people to look beyond the ‘money politics' that has hindered the growth and development of our people and scrutinize candidates based on capability and credibility. She said that having been a former House of Representatives member she stands in a better position to legislate as she is versatile in the knowledge and dealings of the law.

She therefore called on the people of Delta north to ensure they collect their voters cards and avail themselves on April, 2019 to vote for the APC as she is poised to effecting a change in the polity.
