The foremost Delta North Senatorial aspirant, Hon. Engr. Doris Uboh has reminded the All Progressive Congress APC faithfuls in Delta state that Unity is one of the cardinal objectives of the Party.

Engr. Uboh made this call after series of unnecessary inciting commentaries by members of the party from opposing camps especially social media advocates, concerning the recently delivered court judgment that has affected Delta APC.

Uboh in her statement said, “We have a common enemy (PDP) whose aim is to;
Divide us all and shift our attention,Make us hate each other, and make us bury our love and burn our hope. But some of our progressive brethren don't understand that contention puts heavy strain on stability, strength, peace, and unity in a home”.

Uboh further implored “  My advise to both factions is that we should remain calm, exercise caution and be willing to embrace a solution that will bring unity to the party, make us stronger and well positioned to tackle the opposition and take over Delta in the forthcoming 2019 general election. Most importantly, we should make it easier for the NWC to guide us on the way forward.
“The strength of mankind lies on the unwavering Unity”.

"We can fight to takeover in 2019 only by showing a strong bond of friendship and trust. Differences are nothing at all if our aims are objectives are sincere and willing to entertain positive compromises."

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
