OSUN STATE BNSSG COORDINATOR CONGRATULATES THE FIRST FEMALE SWORD OF HONOR AND GOLD MEDAL OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY



The Osun state coordinator,  Buhari National Students Support Group Comrade Kunle Oyediran has congratulated BSUO OR Oyetunde, on her emergence as the first female to receice the sword of honor and Gold Medal in the Nigerian Army.

In his message, Comrade Oyediran thanked Almighty God for the feat acheived by the native of Iwo in Iwo local government area, while also extolling the diligence and hardwork that earned her the honors.
"I celebrate with our Amazon BSUO OR Oyetunde, on the feather added to her cap and also felicitate with all Osun indigenes who by extension have been honoured.
Her emergence as the overall best at the NDA Kaduna, proves that harwork, focus and diligence indeed brings great reward. I wish her well and bigger achievements in her career as a soldier"

He also used the medium to call on the executive governor of the state of Osun to celebrate this great achievement brought to the state and commended him on the efforts targeted at addressing insecurity in the state. He further urged youths to emulate good qualities such as was celebrated in the gallant soldier.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
