NDDC: Delta Youths Take To The Streets.

Youths from Delta State have taken to the streets to protest and demand the appointment of a substansive board for the Niger Delta Development Conmisson.


The group known asUrhobo Youth Leaders Council, UYLC, blocked major interstate roads in a bi to get their message to the Federal Government.


The group is led by Comrade Lucky Emonefe.
