NDDC: Effiong Akwa Appoints Jaro Egbo SA Media.

The Sole Administrator of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Effiong Okon Akwa has appointed Olorogun Jaro Egbo as Special Assistant (Media) to the commission.

The appointment was made public Thursday evening and has elicited affirmative reactions from members of the Delta APC fold.

Olorogun Jaro Egbo, KSC, was born on August 23, 1969 in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.


He obtained a Law Degree from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the bar in 1991.

He has held prominengt positions across social and political and governance sectors in Delta State and the South South region, including SA NDDC (Office of the ED Projects).

Jaro Egbo is a consumate and grassroots politician with a steadily growing followership, he was the Party's candidate during the 2019 House of Assembly Elections for Ughelli North constituency, where he went on to defeat the PDP candidate and incumbent, but was denied after his name was substituted under controversial circus.

He leads the Delta APC High-Voltage Movement.
