Ex-HOR Candidate Says his defection is a manifestation of God's plan.




Former All Progressive Congress (APC) stalwart, Hon. Paul Adingupu, who contested the House of Representatives seat for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the 2019 general elections today announced his defection to the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

The Ubulu-Unor born philanthropist and businessman was received in an elaborate ceremony by the state PDP chairman, Barr. Kingsley Esiso, the PDP Delta North Senatorial District Chairman, Hon. Moses Iduh, political leaders from Aniocha North and Aniocha South Local Government Areas, including Hon. Mrs. Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpor, DG, Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Hon. Austin Chikezie, the member representing Aniocha South Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Isaac Anwuzia, the immediate past Council Chairman of Aniocha South Local Govt, amongst other notable guests.

In his speech, Hon. Adingupu recalled and applauded the role played by leaders of the party including His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and other key members of the party to facilitate his return to the PDP political family.
