SENATOR PETER NWAOBOSHI FELICITATES WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE NIGERIAN SENATE.







Senator Peter Nwaoboshi (Delta North - PDP) has congratulated the Chairman of the National Assembly and President of the 9th Senate of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Senator Dr Ahmad Lawan (GCON) on the auspicious occasion of his 62nd birthday anniversary.



Senator Peter Nwaoboshi in a statement released today described Senator Dr Ahmad Lawan (GCON) as an exceptional leader with unrivalled vision, whose stellar performances as the President of the Nigerian Senate has strengthened the 9th Senate as an independent arm of the government of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.


Furthermore, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi praised the number three citizen of the country for his courageous input in the affairs of the National Assembly which has culminated in the Senate playing crucial role toward the stabilization of the economy and polity of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.


Whilst wishing the Yobe-born political ivory many more fruitful years ahead, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi prayed Almighty Allah's blessings, guidance and protection upon him and his family.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
