Youth Leader Commends Obaseki Over Edo Youth Parliament.

Hon. (Comrade) Daniel Uwadia, the leader of the Edo State Caucus and Minority Leader of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, appreciated the listening Governor Edo State for his approval on the establishment of the Edo State Youth Parliament.

He added that this initiative goes a long way to prove that truly H.E Godwin Obaseki is indeed a listening Governor.

He went on to congratulate the efforts of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Youth and Special Duties and everyone else who were also instrumental in making this long dream a reality.

Lastly, he reiterated that he believes this initiative will go a long way to help build resilient Edo youths who would grow and become great future leaders in the state and country at large.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
