LEAVE ABUJA ALONE AND FIX YOUR LGAs, ENGR ENUHA CHARGES APC LEADERS

A prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State, Engr. Hyacinth Enuha has charged all leaders across the state to sit together and resolve the crisis bedevilling the party in their respective LGAs than running to Abuja cap in hand asking for help.

Chief Enuha was addressing the state working committee of the party led by the caretaker committee chairman, Prophet Jones Erue when they paid him a consultative visit in his Ogwashi Uku country home on Wednesday.

The party chieftain stressed that the crisis has festered because the leaders have relied solely on the national leadership to come help in settling their crisis, what they could all do if there is sincerity of purpose.


He said, "I will use this opportunity to call on all leaders across Delta state to borrow a leaf from my LGA, Aniocha South where we resolved our crisis ourselves and the result of the peace manifested evidently in the just concluded party registration where the LGA came second in the entire state".

He continued, "there is no more time to continue to wait for the national leadership of our great party to abandon the barrage of other assignments to come help us solve the crisis they did not create. Let all the dramatis personae sit down and do it. If all leaders resolve the crisis in their individual LGAs, then the crisis in the entire state would have automatically been resolved"


The party leader however advised the SWC to also play a role by being fair and just to everybody especially before and during the forthcoming congresses admitting that the mistakes and fallouts of the previous exercise constitutes over 70% of the present crisis rocking the party.

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
