Dr Ebegba Welcomes Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, To The APC.



Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA) Dr Rufus Eseoghene Ebegba, has congratulated the Senator Representing Delta North Senatorial District, Chief Peter Nwaoboshi, Esq on his successful defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).



This was contained in a statement from his media office released on Friday, 25th June 2021, made available to the press.

"I join  leaders and members of the APC in Delta North Senatorial District, Delta state and Nigeria in welcoming Senator Nwaoboshi to the progressive fold.

This is a development that potentially sets the party on the path of victory in our subsequent electoral engagements.

"Senator Nwaoboshi is a tested and proven politician with very notable grassroots following, having been a founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and rising to hold forth as State Chairman for two consecutive tenures.

His performance as Senator Representing Delta North Senatorial District, is being touted as the best so far and on very positively affirmative standards by the people.

Most recently, his bill to established a Federal Tertiary Institution in the marginalised Ndokwa Nation, strikes focal aspects of social equality, as well as improves the educational, infrastructural and economic standards of that senatorial district.
It deserves to be celebrated.

Therefore, Senator Nwaoboshi's defection is an advantage to the progressive cause, and he is indeed very welcome."

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
