Earlier Today 08-07-2021, the Ag. Chairman Delta North Caretaker Committee of The All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Fred Mordi paid a consultancy visit to a prominent leader in the party, Professor Leroy Chuma Edozien, the Ubili Ka Nkwu, Ahaba at his Asaba residence.

The visit is in continuation of the chairman’s wide consultation to critical stakeholders of the senatorial district, and implementation of the 3 prong approach of Reconciliation, Rebuilding and Restrategizing

In his remark, the chairman thanked his host for availing him the opportunity for the visit, and expressed determination towards actualising his 3 prong approach while seeking his partnership, advice and blessings to ensuring that the party in the district becomes quite formidable.


The leader responded by commending the disposition of the Chairman to reach out to critical stakeholders, charging him not to relent, despite the little time he has before the congresses.

Prominent amongst those with Prof. Leroy, are Obi Akaeze Ibonye, Mrs. Theresa Alana, Mr.Anslem Onianwa(Ayaka), the CTC Oshimili South Chairman and other party leaders.

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

The Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie, and Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State (Office of the SSG) Sir Jossy Honnah were amongst the roll call of indigenes of Idumuje-Ugboko and guests who visited the Royal Palace to pay homage and celebrate with HRM Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko, as he commemorated the 2025 Iwaji (New Yam Festival) on Friday, the 26th of September.  Speaking during his presentation to the Monarch, the Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie who was visibly excited to be part of the celebrations expressed his deference and honour for the king, saluting him for his soft and gentle approach to leadership. PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
