Delta North APC Chairman Hosts Party Faithfuls, Promises Reconciliation, Rebuilding and Restrategizing.



The newly inaugurated Delta North Senatorial Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Hon Prince Fred Mordi has hosted party faithfuls across the District.

The event which took place after his inauguration, was held at the APC Ward 3 Secretariat Aniocha South LGA. Party faithfuls defied the torrential rains and flooding, to celebrate his swearing into office.

Speaking at the event, the Senatorial Chairman thanked all who showed solidarity with him and the party throughout the short period of his nomination and inauguration.

He also said "Today, I want to thank you all for the show of love for me and dedication to the party, for you all have defied the rains to ensure that we celebrate together.

As the Senatorial Chairman of Delta North APC, I want to categorically tell you that I will be embarking on three cardinal programs to Reconcile, Rebuild and Restrategize.

We have been through a lot in this Senatorial District, and it is only sensible for us to come together to chart a new and beneficial cause a a people."


He further admonished party faithfuls to remain loyal to the party, as well as to individuals that have showed solidarity and leadership in the party.

"I want us all here to be thankful and grateful to the leadership and commitment of Our leader and benefactor of the party in Delta North Chief Hyacinth Enuha, Onowu Worldwide. Though he is not physically present, nevertheless he is very much in approval and support of the developments in the party that led to this."

Amongst those present at the reception were Chief John Ekwuyasi Aniocha South APC Caretaker Chair, Chief Illomechine 2021 Aniocha South Chairmanship Candidate, Mr Dennis Nwanokwai Esq ;SSA to the DSP and Leader Aniocha South Critical Leaders and Stakeholders Forum, Pastor Norbert Sochukwudinma and Barr Joe Asem.


Others are Ogbueshi Ndudi Umunna Oshimili South APC Caretaker Committee Chairman, Comrade Nnamdi Okwufulueze Ofonye party chieftain and two time Ezi APC Councillorship candidate, Otunba Nick Ovakporie Director of Publicity Delta APC, Comrade Francis Amaechi; 2021 LGA Campaign Director of Publicity etc.

Speakers at the occasion emphasized unity and cohesion ad the way forward for all.

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

The Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie, and Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State (Office of the SSG) Sir Jossy Honnah were amongst the roll call of indigenes of Idumuje-Ugboko and guests who visited the Royal Palace to pay homage and celebrate with HRM Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko, as he commemorated the 2025 Iwaji (New Yam Festival) on Friday, the 26th of September.  Speaking during his presentation to the Monarch, the Group Managing Director of Rainoil Limited Dr Gabriel Ogbechie who was visibly excited to be part of the celebrations expressed his deference and honour for the king, saluting him for his soft and gentle approach to leadership. PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
