President Tinubu Will Not Forget Delta State - Dr Ebegba.


Immediate past Director-General of the National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA) and Chairman Rufus Ebegba Centre for Leadership And Environmental Sustainability, Olorogun Dr Rufus E. Ebegba KSJI has saluted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR for the appointment of Chief Mrs Blessing Brume Atagoba as a Commissioner in the National Populations Commission, and for other appointments which have come to the state.

Dr Ebegba made these remarks and more, during a reception ceremony organised in honor of Mrs Blessyn Brume Atagoba, which he Chaired.

Speaking further, Dr Ebegba congratulated Mrs Atagoba on her well-deserved appointment, wishing her a successful tenure.

He was also thankul to the former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege CFR, for the strategic and prominent role he played in ensuring the delivery of the appointment.

Dr Ebegba recalled the superlative representation Senator Ovie Omo-Agege delivered as Senator Representing Delta Central Senatorial District, and eulogised the Senator for the various opportunities he facilitated, which led to the appointment of various sons and daughters of Delta State into various Federal offices.


The various social amenities and institutions Senator Omo-Agege brought to Delta state were equally recounted by Dr. Ebegba.


Dr Ebegba called for concerted efforts to close ranks in the party, urging all those who have been favoured in appointments into political offices to work towards facilitating more appointments for others, as well as, or the provision of amenities in the state.


Dr. Ebegba urged APC members in Delta State to keep faith alive with the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, asserting that the President will not let down the state. He also asserted that the Party will once more bounce back to the limelight towards giving hope to Deltans.


He concluded by calling for unity and love amongst members.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
