Ogochukwu, APC Youths Honour Ezenyili, Promise To Support His Political Advancement.



Youths loyal to the All Progressives Congress in Oshimili South LGA have assured the Executive Chairman of the Council Hon Chief Obi Kelvin Ezenyili PhD of their support for his political progress, even as they presented him with an award of excellence for his sterling leadership qualities. 
According to Comrade Chukwunedum Ogochukwu APC Youth Leader Oshimili South LGA who led the delegation, the visit was a show of solidarity, as well as, a deliberate act to indicate that youths of the LGA were very much aware of his laudable efforts, since assuming office as Chairman.
Comrade Ogochukwu further said " We are here on behalf of APC Youths in Oshimili South Local Government. Although we were supposed to have done this on your birthday, due to a lack of time, we couldn't.

" We are here today to present you with an award of recognition for your sterling leadership and for giving us one that is worthy of emulation. We want to say thank you by presenting this award to you, for changing the narrative of leadership in the local government.

Sir, you have proven to us that this local government is not where political careers come to an end, but a stepping stone for greater things, and we want to assure you that wherever you are going after this, we are going to support you," he added.
In his reaction the LGA Chairman thanked the delegation for their visit, expressing his enthusiastic disposition upon learning of their correspondence.

Hon Chief Kelvin Obi Ezenyili PhD further stated that " It is also good that we interact with the youths of our party, because it is not too good that it's only the elders that are prominent, so when I learned of this meeting, I was interested.

" This is also your office, I've heard what you said and there will be a definite response on the way forward. I am glad to have received you today", he concluded.

The meeting featured youth leaders from all the wards in Oshimili South, inclusive of their assistants and female counterparts.

On the side of the Oshimili South Council delegation alongside the Executive Chairman were the Vice-Chairman, Head of Personnel Management amongst others.

Iwaji: Gabriel Ogbechie, Jossy Honnah Pay Homage, As Obi Justin Chukwunonso Nwoko Fetes Idumuje-Ugboko.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DORIS UBOH AS REF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY.

  Honourable Doris Olayemi Uboh MNSE has been appointed as the substantive Rural Electrification Fund Executive Director of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.   The appointment, effective from January 23, 2025, is for an initial term of four years.   Honourable Uboh, a former member of the House Of Representatives, has been acting as the executive director Rural Electrification Fund ( ED REF) since March 2024 and will now settle into her role following her substantive appointment.   Doris Uboh is a New York-trained Electrical Engineer with years of working experience in the industry.  She was a member of House of Representatives, where she represented Ika Federal Constituency between 2007 and 2011.
