APC WELCOMES HUNDREDS OF DECAMPEES AS ESESIOBE GODSTIME CAMPAIGN TRAIN STORMS ODORUBU, UDUOPHORI, BULU-ANGIAMA, AVEN, KOLOWARE, AGOLOMA, EKISE 1 &2, AND OSUWARE COMMUNITIES
The campaign train of the chairmanship candidate of the APC in Patani LGA earlier today stormed Odorubu, Uduophori, Bulu-Angiama, Aven, Koloware, Agoloma, Ekise 1 and 2 and Osuware communities.
In Odorubu community, the campaign train who were thrown into a thunderous reception at the entrance of the community were astonished at the enthusiasm and vigour in the people who were desirous of a fresh breath and a people oriented representation in the political space.
The campaign in Odorubu witnessed the decamping of over a hundred gallant youths from the three communities in the ward (Bolou Apelebiri, Odorubu and Adobo) who were tired of the inept administration of the PDP statewide and at the LGA and renounced their membership of the PDP.
Speaking through their leaders; Edih Newking, Apare Nathan, Oghenebruhor kelvin and Enugu Clever, the gallant youths narrated their wasted years of working for the PDP in the ward without any form of relevance and empowerment. They enjoined well meaning Youths across the LGA to give their support for the APC while submitting and burning the tattered umbrella which is the symbol of the PDP.
The LGA party chairman, Hon. Joseph Ekiyor while receiving them assured them of being carried along in all subsequent empowerments and programmes in the party.
He urged them to use the window of the ongoing membership registration and revalidation to get registered in their various units.
The campaign train then stormed Uduophori where it had blessings from the council of elders and royal father of the community with mammoth crowd receiving them also.
The campaign train continued the days campaign to Bulu-Angiama where it also had a fruitful campaign with massive turnout and the people ready to cast their vote for the APC come March 6th, 2021.
The team proceeded to Aven, Koloware, Agolomo, Ekise 1, Ekise 2 and Osuware were it rounded up the days campaign with the people ready to change the norm in the LGA.
Forming the entourage of the campaign train were; chairmanship candidate; Godstime Esesiobe, Vice chairmanship candidate; Mrs Elizabeth Ayaoge, Former council chairman, former commissioner and present SSA to the Distinguished Senate President; Hon. RB Guannah, DG of the campaign and SSA to the Distinguished Senate President; Sir Prince Charles Ikpama, LGA party chairman; Hon Joseph Ekiyor, State assistant auditor and secretary of the campaign council; Hon. Victor Sampson Angalabiri and host of others.
