EDO 2024: APC’S VICTORY IS THE PEOPLE'S WILL AND A SIGN OF BETTER THINGS - Dr Chamberlain Dunkwu

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State, and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the House Of Representatives, Sir Chamberlain Nnamdi Dunkwu PhD, has described the victory of the party at the just concluded Edo State Gubernatorial Election as the will of the people and a sign of better things to come for the state and the country.

In his reaction to the outcome of Saturday's election, Dr Dunkwu expressed his admiration and excitement at the  Unity, strategy and shrewd politicking among leaders of the APC in Edo State under the guidance of former governor and sitting Senator Adams Oshiomole, assuring that such will be emulated to get similar results for Delta APC.

Dr Dunkwu said "The victory of the APC in Edo State communicates that our party is still very accepted and loved by the people despite being in the opposition in the state. It is also an indication of better things for Edo State and Nigeria, under continued progressive leadership which will work with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administration. 

" The superiority of our candidates, who are great ambassadors of the National Assembly made the victory more definite.

" The Governor-elect Senator Monday Okpebholo, the Deputy Governor-elect Hon Dennis Idahosa, Senator Adams Oshiomole and all leaders of the APC in Edo State made a difference with their united approach.

Kudos must also go to the National Working Committee led by H.E Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, National Chairman of the APC. 

" The victory of APC in Edo State is also shared by Delta APC and has further inspired the can-do spirit, which Delta APC will harness and work on, to replicate a victorious outcome in Delta State come 2024" Dr Chamberlain Dunkwu concluded.
